1. Scope of Services

K&M; Yard Manicure (“the Company”) provides lawn care and landscaping services including, but not

limited to: mowing, edging, trimming, hedge/brush maintenance, leaf removal, sod installation, cleanup

services, and other yard-related work as agreed upon. All services will be performed in a professional

manner consistent with industry standards.

2. Scheduling & Access

Service dates may be one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the customer’s chosen

plan. The customer agrees to provide clear access to all areas needing service. If access is blocked,

the Company may skip the service and a trip fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on property size, grass height, and service complexity. Payment is due upon

completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: cash, card,

Zelle, or other approved methods. Overgrown yards or special conditions may require additional fees.

Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur late charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to keep the yard free of hazards, notify the Company of underground or fragile

items, secure pets, and report concerns within 24 hours.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Severe weather or unsafe conditions may cause schedule changes. The Company will reschedule as

soon as possible.

6. Property Damage

The Company is not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, cables, decorations, or items

hidden in grass. If damage occurs due to Company negligence, it will be handled promptly.

7. Equipment & Safety

Children and pets must remain indoors during service. The Company follows all safety procedures.8. Cancellations

Customers must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Same■day cancellations may result in a fee.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing service with written notice. The Company may discontinue service

for unsafe conditions or nonpayment.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify the Company within 24 hours for a correction at no charge.

11. Liability

The Company is insured but not liable for injuries unrelated to lawn service work or undisclosed

hazards.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring K&M; Yard Manicure, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
